No. Purity does not charge buyers any fees. Sellers should specify the final amount buyers will be charged when purchasing an item including sales tax, GST, VAT, and shipping and handling fees if any. Please contact the seller directly if you are not sure about something.
How do I purchase multiple items?
Current goal for Purity is to make it easy for buyers to place an order and make a payment through a simple interface. With that in mind, you cannot place an order for multiple items at once. If you buy multiple items from the same seller, you will receive separate invoices and separate order confirmation emails.
How does shipping work?
Delivery methods will vary from seller to seller. It is best to contact the seller directly and to review their store policy and what delivery methods they offer before placing an order.
How do I cancel a sale?
Only sellers can cancel transactions and make refunds. If you would like to request cancellation please contact the seller directly.
How do I return an item?
Sellers are responsible for customer service related to items they sell, including order fulfillment, order cancellation, returns, refunds and adjustments, functionality and warranty. If you would like to return an item please contact the seller directly.
